Don't think anyone ever really enjoys going down to the mv office. But the last time we were here it was relatively painless. Yes, there was a wait; this is the motor vehicles office, there's always a wait. Expect it and plan accordingly. Use their website to figure out what you need and bring all your paperwork. And be nice!

The employee at the information line had no idea what she was doing. She gave me the incorrect wait number. I waited for over an hour an a half for no reason. She allowed people she knew to cut in front of the information line. You can drive to the county and get there and out faster. Save yourself the trouble and just avoid this place. They need to have more employees working at the same time. There is space for them, but the desks were empty --only 3-6 at a time working.

Worst mva ever. They need to fire all them lazy black ladies that don't wanna work and hire some fresh white ladies that wanna work and this is coming from a black man. This place sucks and needs to be revamped not the building but the workers. Everybody got an attitude never have I walked into this place and the workers were smiling.

Recently took my driving skills test at this branch for the first time. The examiner had an attitude from the moment she left the building to go to car to the moment that she left the car to go back to the building. She mumbled her instructions the entire exam with no clarity or enthusiasm what so ever. I asked her to repeat herself several times and she continued to read her "script" as monotonous as possible. I hope that I do not have her during my next exam as she had a terrible attitude and I could barely understand a thing she was saying.

Wasted my time while waiting for my turn on the other side of the hall. LET CUSTOMERS KNOW WHICH SIDE OF THE HALL THEY SHOULD WAIT AT FOR THEIR TURN.
