Absolutely useless. I applied for a SSN over three months ago and still have not received it. I was told it would be delivered to the office, it never was. I have been into the office three times and another time in Reading. I have called multiple times and am still getting nowhere.

Nice facility with a great staff too! We especially liked the security guard, he was very personable and makes you fell safe at the same time. He is truly an asset to the office.

Kind of busy, but if you fill your forms out online, it saves a lot of time. Many disgruntled customers, but I had a pleasant experience.

Where do I begin? To save face, be prepared to be told wrong time lines, not have your application reviewed in the time promised, long hold times on the phone, attitude when you finally get a person, and never seeing anything in the mail.

Very nice and helpful people specially the lady officer and security guard. I have visited other ssn offices as well but this office is the best.
