They told myself and my daughter that she was going to receive an increase due to the fact her father was know receiving benefits. Due to the fact we came in person and spoke with someone in person, they put in his information and hers. The lady said she was going to receive an increase due to the fact her father made more money on his disability. Imagine my surprise when I get the paperwork for ssi and she's getting exactly the same amount. If i wanted to get direct deposit, i could've just called over the phone. Why DID they waste her time....very disappointed my daughter Emily T Lutz could use every dollar.

I'm actually very surprised. I got in and out of here in less than 30 mins. Impeccable service and unlike anything I heard of!

Ignorant employees.  The puerto rican woman at window 2 with wrist tattoos today was as useful as a solar powered flashlight.  Ignorant and not helpful.  I think they recruit from the homeless shelter for this location. You are better off going to another office.

Wrost experience. People are not helpful and they don't provide clear information,behave very rudely if you ask them twice.
