I've been to the Solvang Bakery several times, but live down in Orange County, CA... a bit too far for easy visiting.  I just found out they will ship items!  I LOVE Danish Waffles-- the long crispy pastries with jam and frosting-like filling between them.  You'd think they'd never survive the USPS, but they are all individually wrapped and come in a lovely box with very cute ribbons!!!  They were all in PERFECT condition, and the box makes it a lovely gift (to ME!!! --They are ALL MINE!!!).  :D

A must stop in Solvang. Pick up a sweet treat while visiting this charming town. Famous for their amazing, intricately designed ginger bread houses and adorable cakes.
