I'm torn. They have the most consistently AWFUL service. Expect it to take at least half hour even if your the only car. However, when they do make the cheeseburgers fresh to order, they are the best hamburgers ever. Service is so consistently awful that I've started skipping them. Warning, don't pay with your card at the order kiosk or your stuck. I've tried to order hamburgers in the middle of the day, only to sit for half hour and have them bring me some cold shriveled up hockey puck,send it back, and get yet another one exactly the same. Then...wait another ten minutes for a credit with no apologies. They acted as if I was the problem. I waited a week, went back and had same thing happen. What they do is try to cheat their own system. They take your order and then..to make it LOOK like they have a fast service time, they tell the system the food was delivered. It creates complete chaos and losing orders etc ...It's the only place my nephew eats so I put up with it for our visits but watching them do it all summer was mind-numbing.

Always a great place to grab a burger but the drinks are absolutely the reason I go there! Slushes, milkshakes, candy infused milkshakes and Fruit drinks. Why order a regular soda when these options are available? Did someone say "tots"? Visit Sonic during happy hour and get half price drinks! Times vary but man, this place is worth the drive!

This location has improved much since it changed ownership. However, the drive thru ALWAYS takes an unusually long time to get through and the service is inconsistent at best. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a hurry. Food, is generally pretty good. Much improved from the previous ownership. I enjoy the variety in the menu. The shakes and desserts especially good.

Is the entire staff stoned or something??? I place a seemingly simple order for 4 drinks (n othin crazy) and a burger. They forget a drink and the lonely burger, forget to charge me til I mention it, charge my card for the burger and no shake... then the young lady says "you didn't pay for your shake" I said, wait... you forget to bring it to begin with, you forget to charge me originally, when I specifically asked you to charge my card and you didn't. Now you want me to pay again? I understand the children working there will make a mistake, and I say children cause everyone I interacted with was a teenager. Now the kids are only as good as their manager trains them to be. Maybe it's not the kids, maybe management needs to change? I dunno, what I do know is. I can't say I want to spend my $ when the kids helping me can't even help me. Sorry guys n gals.

If you've been to In-n-out and are expecting something similar, you'll be disappointed. The eating choices are either drive thru, parked in your car or on some outside tables. There is no inside eating. Eating in your car kind of sucks. Balancing the food and trying not the get the grease everywhere is hard. We didn't eat on the benches because it was too cold outside. Getting a refill on a drink is a 5 minute process of pressing the red button, waiting, them answering and thinking you are a new customer, explaining you want a refill, the car hop coming to get your cup and returning with it a minute later. Definitely not "fast food". I found the whole ordering process annoying. The food is good, not great, but still good.
