Krush Burger continues to decline. The food and service used to be good when they first opened. Today the cashier taking out order could care less and has a crappy attitude. He didn’t even get our order right. We ordered a cowbell wrapped in lettuce and no sauce. Got a burger with bun and sauce. Cook said she did not get that in the order. When they replaced just got a hamburger patty with a piece of lettuce thrown on top. Probably won’t come back.

Food is always good but service is very slow. Employees work hard, but seems like they are consistently understaffed. We've been waiting for over a half hour and still no food. Asked the lady up front to follow up and basically got brushed off. I went to the cook and someone took our order. Would of saved us a lot of time if the lady up front would of followed the first time we told her there were multiple customers with food who ordered after us.

Good food. Great service. The only issue with this place is the traffic jam by where you pour your own soda on one side and pick up food on the other. If there is more than one person in line for soda, you are waiting to get through for bathroom, napkins, ketchup, whatever. Otherwise it's cool.

Very good costumer service cashier was very polite and had a smile totally suggest this to everyone that loves burgers

The burgers weren't bad, and shake was alright. But the entire meal was ruined by the disgustingly greasy garlic fries. They were the worst fries I've had in my life, soaked in grease. The bag was transparent due to the amount of grease soaking through. I'm not sure why anyone would serve something like this. I tried to eat a few of the fries and felt sick until the next morning. I placed them where they belonged, in the trash.
