This is a favorite pick because their menu is all encompassing:) I care about effective management as well, and I witnessed that Easter Sunday. We had no wait to be seated,and staffing was more than adequate as they anticipated holiday volume of traffic.
Manager was visible and actively checking in with customers . Refreshing to witness engaged management .

Had a great experience at this Cheesecake Factory. We came during lunch hour and although it was very busy the waiting time was quite short. Staff was very friendly, food was great, and overall service was great. Will definitely come back.

Had Edgar wait on us. He was fabulous. He was very attentive and checked in at the right time. He explained the brunch menu and didn't forget to ask if we wanted cheesecake. This restaurant never disappoints. The food is on point and even the presentation is picture perfect. Went for the brunch menu which is only available on Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 2pm. I had the Monte cristo sandwich with orange spice tea.

We were not very pleased with our experience last night. Estimated wait when we arrived was 30 minutes actual wait was 1hr and 30 min. When we were finally seated it was in outdoor patio section. This section is sealed off from the main dining areas and parking lot with doors and shade screens. The screens do not prevent the the 40 degree temperatures from passing into the dining area. In addition the non-functioning heaters located 16 ft above the tables were useless. All patrons in this area were wearing coats and sweaters. The management is well aware of this problem and has directed staff to respond accordingly. I hope they either make this area suitable for good dining experience by dealing with the heating problem as well as the lighting or shut it down when temps drop below 60. Using our phone light to read menu was laughable.

I loved it here. I would totally give more than 5 stars if possible. The food was amazingly delicious but most importantly the customer service was outstanding. The server made sure we always had everything we needed and was super polite, not only that but the manager also made sure that we would be happy with the customer service. I'm totally coming here again soon!
