I went to this Sonic when working storm duty a few weeks back. I feel they were understaffed as it was a little slow. However, the food was great and they provided me a token or chip (looked like a chip from a casino) for a free drink. The reason provided was "For the delay". I felt this was courteous and appreciated that they realized they were running a bit slow and wanted to do something extra for me. Very nice employees.

Food was great but took forever to take my order. Looks like they need more crew to be honest. Poor girl was running everywhere

This was my first time here at this sonic. I'm new in town. The customer service here is Awesome, they are very polite and showed they cared when there had been a bit of miscommunication. Jacob came out and explained and fixed my order with pleasure. Tyronda was Awesome as well, customer service A1+ I will definitely be back!! Thanks Sonic Crew!!!

I love me some Sonic but this time was disappointing.   One lady seemed to be running herself ragged taking orders and running them out to cars.  More people were observed inside but they were doing very little to help her keep things going which caused a lengthy order to deliver time.  I had only ordered a drink.  Kudos to the young lady who was working so hard to get customers taken care of.

It is a sonic so it's about the same everywhere. The staff is okay and the food is good. It is for sure a he'll of a lot cleaner than some sonic locations I've been too. You have to get the cheeseburger with chili on it!
