My wife had a great drink.  I had a terrible route 44 coke.  Mozzarella sticks were good. My soda was unacceptable, filled with ice, but I didn't notice quickly and we were on the move.

Worst sonic ever, I just received my food. I got a number two. Everything came out cold. I’m am very disappointed and disgusted. I recommend no one eats here. Even the lemonade taste like water. Fries just cold and soggy. I paid $13 for this meal, never again. And typically I don’t do thing like this but I’m an highly upset. I will be escalating my experience to corporate  Dietary restrictions: No tomatoes

Shakes are great, didn't care for the food much. Ordered honey BBQ chicken bites. They were hard and halfway covered with honey BBQ.  Half of my onion rings were cooked properly and the other half were hard and overcooked. I'd go here for a shake and a burger or hotdogs don't think any place could mess those up but not taking a chance on trying anything different again.  Parking: Plenty of parking.

Every other Sonic that I have been to, I have had a more than pleasurable experience. This particular location gets my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! It seems like the people who work there do not want any part of making sure that your order is to perfection, but they purposefully get your order wrong and they take their time to get the food out when that should not be the case! It goes against the meaning of fast food! I waited not ten, not twenty, not thirty, but forty minutes for them to give me the wrong order when I was the only one in line!!!! The people there need to be fired or retrained because it is beyond ridiculous and they make customer service look like it's been dead in a dumpster. Unless if something changes, I don't recommend going to this Sonic. If you want your order messed up, talked down to, AND  pay extra for something that you didn't order by all means! For me, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Order took 20 mins for ice cream. Our milkshakes werent even blended all the way and the blast was wrong. Had to wait for them to make a new one. 5 employees inside the building chasing and throwing candy at each other. The one taking orders sounds like he doesn't even wanna be there plus mumbling over the mic. Got to the window and he's wearing air pods. Plus all the parking lot lights are off trying to give the impression they're closed.

I clarified my order 4 TIMES at the drive thru. And I still don't know what the hell they gave me, I ordered straight off the menu with no changes. I usually get good service here but not any more apparently : very unhappy

I'll never get why this place is so popular other than not having to get out of your car. The food is horrible.  The burger has no seasoning and taste like it was boiled...completely tasteless. Fries were ok.Food: 2/5

Went through the drive through tonight around 5:40. The staff was very efficient and friendly.  My son and I were having a special dinner tonight and he picked Sonic. This particular Sonic is his favorite.

Had not been to a Sonic in quite a long time, but decided to stop through tonight. Originally, I drove away before getting my drink, and the young man working RAN after my car to make sure I got it! THAT IS NEXT LEVEL SERVICE! His name is Wisdom, and he was wonderful!

I specifically asked for the buffalo flavor and these ignorant selfish and very lazy teenagers gave me the wrong flavor that I paid for. There were two choices honey barbecue or buffalo I clearly said Buffalo I do not like honey barbecue so how do they think I said honey barbecue?? Cause they don’t give a care in the world
