Just waited at least ten minutes to order my food, then another 38 MINUTES after paying for my order to get the two sandwiches that I ordered. RIDICULOUS! When I mentioned how long I had waited when being handed my food I got a "sorry" and a shrug. Most likely won't ever be returning to this location, employees have a "I couldn't care less about you or my job" attitude. Very disappointed. Food was good, service was absolutely horrible.

I have never been disrespected by a restaurant worker like I was tonight. I am an Uber Driver and came here to pick up a delivery order. To preface, I don't have control over when I receive offers. I arrived at Firehouse Subs and the door was unlocked, so I went to walk in. I didn't even get the chance to step in when a worker informed me "we closed 6 minutes ago, dog" and asked if I had already paid. I explained to her that it was an Uber order. She asked "well why are you 6 minutes late then?" I replied saying that I had just received the order and asked calmly if I could still pick up the order. A simple yes or no question so one might think. She then said "are you gonna tip me?" At this point, I was beyond angry with the unnecessary confrontational attitude and disrespect. Had she just said "sorry we're closed", that could have been that. I will not be returning here for future deliveries nor for my own patronage as I do not find being talked down to and disrespected conducive to a good experience at a business.

Really pleasant experience at this Firehouse, we were greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes, and were treated really nicely. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious and well presented. We had the cheesesteak sub and the hook and ladder, both of which were really good. Would recommend!

Cool little place. It was my first time so they were able to explain what was what and what I could get.  Ordered the beef and cheddar brisket and it was pretty good.

Updated my review from positive 2 years ago to now, not so good.   I mean seriously....$9 for this?  Staff were very nice.. but seriously, take some pride in your food....it was mostly bread.

Favorite place to stop to eat when I'm in the area. Employees are always helpful and seem caring.Food: 5/5

Very tiny serving sizes for an expensive price. I'd call it the new subway, but subway gives a way larger portion. Harley curved my hunger, go somewhere else

Your workers are extremely disrespectful. I’ve never eaten here before but I can guarantee you I would never try to again.

I love their Italian cold cut! It is my recommendation if it is your first time or if you would like to try something else!
