The team was very careful and attentive to my gluten free needs. I'm not celiac, but they asked the right questions about cross contamination and had a separate workstation if I needed no cross contamination.

Got the gaint sub. Paid 20+ for it and it had a slice of meat per section. 1 Slice of meat per section of it cut into  4 halves. So maybe 4 slices for the whole thing. What a joke and disappointment. If I wanted that little meat I could have gone to Sheetz or subway and paid a whole lot less. Wish I could post a picture.

I come to this store alot for lunch. It's pretty busy at lunch time but the staff is quick, efficient and friendly. The food is fresh and tasty.  Vegetarian options: They do have a wrap with lettuce instead of bread.  Parking: Not alot of parking in the lot, the lot is decent sized but always crowed. There is a little alley right next to the store you can park in for a few mins if you need to run in.  Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is not wheelchair accessible. And the door is pretty heavy.  Dietary restrictions: Their sandwiches are pretty customizable. I come here alot because I&#39;m allergic to dairy and their sandwiches never really bother me.

Freshly made subs with fresh ingredients makes a great meal. What I like about Jimmy John's is the quality of the ingredients. The service at this particular franchise was friendly, patient and helpful, a good combination. Only 2 tables for sitting and a countertop with a couple of stools.

This Jimmy John's is great, they have a great staff that are very friendly. The place is always clean, and the food is always good.Food: 5/5

Kudos to the Sunday lunch crew at this location.  They seem particularly perk today!  Sandwich is good too.

Today's visit was to this location because our normal stop further north on York Road has closed. This was our first time here and also, unfortunately, still during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of this, dining inside wasn't an option.  They had appropriate signage posted on the front windows and doors to let's patrons know what to expect with walking in: facemask required, maintain 6ft from others, no dining inside, & sorry for the inconvenience.  I walked in and ordered our usual sandwiches: #4 Turkey Tom w/light mayo for my wife, and the #12 Beach club for myself. The cashier couldn't hear me at first with our masks and his being behind a plexiglass sheet so I repeated my order for his benefit.  Once my order was placed and tendered, I informed them that I needed to use the restroom and would be back as quick as they are, my sandwiches weren't ready yet anyway.  I went toward the back which is their typical dining room and their chairs and tables were stacked, just like every other restaurant during the pandemic.  I entered the restroom and it was spotless. Next to Chick-fil-A, Jimmy Johns does a fantastic job of keeping their restrooms squeky clean and welcoming. And, every time I go into a JJ restroom, it's always equally entertaining to look at all the funny tiles that only JJ has in their restrooms relating to bathroom humor.  On the way out, I enjoyed reading all their signs and posted a few here.  The one downside with this visit was the amount of avocado on my sandwich was lacking compared to the portions at other Jimmy Johns. But it was lunch and an otherwise win for food, safety, cleanliness and overall satisfaction.

Top 5 Sandwich shops in the country for a reason. The bread alone is a treat!Food: 5/5

The food is fresh, great taste, and service. Reasonable prices. Worth coming early to work to enjoy before work and at lunch. If anyone knows someone is picking up food , you end up with a group order, with a happy crew!!! 7 Thanks

This place may not be the best store, but still serves good quality of subs. Depending on who makes the subs, the quality may vary. However, in general, the serving speed and ingredient freshness are good.
