I’ve come here twice. Both times the sandwiches have been packaged immediately after meats were added when we said we wanted additional toppings. Each time it has been a massive issue for the employees to unwrap the sub and put toppings on. This particular time, I said my toppings three times because the girl had headphones in and wasn’t listening. I got to the car and there was no bacon, so I went back in for what I paid for - I asked for bacon and they said “I thought you didn’t want bacon”. With bacon in the sub title I chose, I did want the bacon. They brought two pieces over with again, massive attitude and another employee immediately started saying “what’s with these customers coming in with these attitudes?” - this being the woman who complained about having to reopen the sub to add condiments. I told her it was them with the massive attitudes and left. My boyfriend has been here 4 times. Both times with friends, they were given attitude for coming in half an hour before close. With me each time, they have complained about him wanting toppings, though they skip through even when he said he wanted toppings. And this time they completely flattened the sub…. I work in retail & customer service and I can tell you with confidence that this is the worst Jersey Mike’s location to date and I will never come back. “Served with a smile”. There was not a single smile from the second we walked in the door and complaints from the employees were present from the start.

Although the food and cleanliness is good, don’t bother with ordering pick-up. You end up standing in line with everyone else and being ignored until the line is gone. They either need to fix this or spend a little extra more money on an extra employee to serve the people properly. Either way something needs to change - the employee at least should acknowledge those in the pickup line and say that it may be a wait. Poor customer service

The ladies at this place were extremely efficient and jammed through a sizeable line with good attitudes and smiles. The subs are SO much better than anywhere else. Very nice spot! My brother and I took my dad out to eat. He has Alzheimer's and uses a walker. We stayed for quite awhile just talking and weren't hurried out or pressured to buy more food. Very relaxing, and much needed. Everything how it should be, And then some.

My family loves these sandwiches, but ordered online and food wasn’t ready anywhere near the time it was ordered. The restaurant was filled with frustrated people waiting for online orders that the staff wasn’t even addressing. I would strongly advise against ordering on the app.

If you don’t feel like working, just stay home please , instead of showing mean attitude. It’s not like you’re giving away free food. I understand it’s hard to work anywhere but don’t ruin someone else’s day because of yours. Thank you

Went in and was promptly greeted. I was the only customer but the entire staff was really happy and engaging. This is what most fast food places want their employees to be, kudos to them. The food was delicious and hot. I got the Chipotle Cheesesteak. The bread was slightly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Plenty of meat and cheese and the peppers gave a nice texture to the sub. A hidden gem as it is in a shopping center that doesn't have much activity.

Numerous times I feel like they are short staffed for the number of orders they have, but the workers here always seem to be making up for it while still being friendly and accurate. The subs are always excellent.

This was my first time visiting a Jersey Mike's Sub. OMG! Best Philly cheese steak sub I've ever had! They subs are cooked to order. Everything was so fresh and the meat was perfectly cooked! Will definitely be visiting again!

The staff was nice and the sub was not bad, but I waited too long for it. I honestly can't imagine what happens there during rush hour.Food: 4/5

First time here. Staff was very helpful. Explained the breads. Grandson got chicken cheesesteak it was excellent he said.  I love tuna asked if it was albacore, she said mix and let me sample.  It was marvelous.  I got a tuna sub with lettuce,tomatoes,onions, and banana peppers. That was an absolutely delicious 200%.  Will be traveling to timonium to get subs from now on.  Thank you for a great sub and your excellent customer service skills.
