Dr was supposed to put in referrals, DME, Prior Authorizations March 2017 First Visit. Referrals not done, DME not put in, my insurance tells me Prior Auths not put in correctly so those could not be approved.
Dr was supposed to put in referrals, Prior Authorizations April 2017 2nd visit. Referrals not put in, DME not put in, my insurance tells me that Prior Authorizations not put in correctly., May 17, 2017 Office Manager tells me that all are there BUT everything is on hold.
I fired this Doctor May 17, 2017. RUN, do not walk, RUN from Davita Medical Group 200 Rio Bravo, Albuquerque, NM!!!!!!!!!
