Went for brunch. Kid friendly. Menu was well executed. Food tasted great. Server was extremely friendly. French toast with fruity pebbles was next level. Nut allergy friendly. Food arrived at glacial pace, kitchen must have been understaffed or backed up. Clean bathrooms.
We were surprised we were able to get a table for Sunday brunch as this is a very popular spot. Latte and cappuccino were very good. Entrée options were all really nice, hard to choose just one or two. Portions were acceptable, you won't leave feeling overly stuffed. Breakfast Sandwich was nice as was the Avocado Toast. The Prosciutto and fig pizza had an excellent combination of flavors, though the toppings were a bit large so it was hard to get an even combination of all the flavors in any one bite. Overall a solid brunch spot.
I went there multiple times for brunch. Most plates are very delicious and good in portion. But I did not like their avocado toast style, too much tomato sauce. Anyway, I d bring anyone visiting Boston to this place for brunch, very safe decision!
A fantastic local bistro with a crowd of a real social variety. The smaller menu was totally sufficient at midday, with pot stickers and a delicious burger. The bar was rowdy for daylight, but it was Sunday. And really only one boisterous Bostonian. Note: Costanza would NOT like these tiny bathrooms.
very nice restaurant in a perfect a d beautiful location. I like the feel of the indoor and outdoor feel to their dining. came here once before just for drinks and it was nice so decided to try it again. our server was really nice but you could tell she was very overwhelmed. she still did her best to be attentive as needed. however the food left much.. much to be desired. eveything was rather bland, bread and wonton chips were very stale. and we both got burgers and it was just not worth it at all. the bread was so much bigger than the burger itself, both were well done. but not impressed. the sangria were very good. might just stick to drinks here going forward.
The food exceeded both our expectations! Definitely on the pricier end but worth the experience. The ambiance inside was perfect for a date—the lighting, setup, etc! We ordered the tuna tartare, autumn pizza, and roasted bone marrow all of which were SO good. We especially liked the autumn pizza which had a lot of flavorful, unique toppings which went well with the super thin crust. The tuna tartare was also extremely fresh and the dressing was delicious! Super impressed overall. The service was especially slow despite there not being many customers, but our server was very nice.
Such a cute restaurant!! We had reservations here and it was in December so it was all decorated for Christmas. It felt like a cozy but not too casual restaurant. The food was great here. I had the eggplant parmigiana pizza and the flavors went together so well. For dessert I had the goat cheese brownie ice cream- it sounds funny but it's so good. The hummus also definitely had to be ordered. Definitely check it out!
The place was busy in the evening. The tables for 2 were a little bit small but the staff were checking on us frequently. The French doors were open and added a nice touch to our dining experience. We ordered CRISPY CHICKEN ROULADE and PAN SEARED SEA SCALLOPS and both dishes were delicious.
On a recent trip back to Boston, I met a couple of friends for dinner at this French- Vietnamese style restaurant on trendy Newbury st. The vibe and music were very cool. Our server was very attentive. I ordered the steak au poivre with fries pomme frites, and it was delicious. The fries were awesome. One of my friends ordered a bowl of clam chowder and the other chicken dumplings. They were both happy with the food. The wine selection was also very good. One of my friends ordered the bread pudding and loved it. Definitely recommend.
My girlfriend and I came in for a spontaneous candle-lit date night, and it was a very lovely service. Our waitress Taylor was wonderful, and she answered our questions patiently while making sure she understood our questions correctly. The food was delicious, especially the dessert!Food: 5/5
