Poor customer service. I called 3 times, stopped by twice and emailed once in an attempt to get in touch with the manager (Trevor), about hosting an event at Soul. When I finally got him on the phone, he told me he would be in touch on Monday at the latest to let me know if they could host the event.  Monday came and went, with no word from him. I was working on a deadline so I stopped by (again) the following day.  As opposed to being accountable human, he gave me a song and dance about how busy he was. Ironically, there wasn't anyone in the restaurant at the time. Ultimately, I decided to host the event someplace else because he was not forthcoming with important details, obviously had no interest in customer service and wasted a considerable amount of my time.

Been here twice now and both times the food was delicious and the staff was super friendly! Prices are decent too and even though its a small plate restuarant they are good size portions. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

Once you understand that this is a medium-high end tapas place, most people would love it. The staff is very knowledgeable and the food and drink choices are interesting to say the least but delicious. My only qualm is that from the outside I would've never thought it was a restaurant. It's not very noticeable.

The menu is broad but not overly-ambitious. Good quality food and enthusiastic service. We were there for brunch and it was quiet when we got there, though there was a line when we left. There is a full bar and we will be back to try some of their small plates and specialty cocktails. Only thing I’d change is to arrange the tables so that you don’t feel quite so cramped. Window tables are pushed tight to the window and the pillows on the benches looked inviting but once winter coats and Holiday packages vied for space things felt a little constricted. Overall, though, it’s a great addition to the neighborhood
