My family and i are not even living in our home because of the famaldayed comming from our floor joist. And our water bill is 170 this is BS!! Better get fixed!!

Terrible!!! Commerce city needs a new water service because this water service is the worst from water to customers service. Didn't get any notification from them and well we called they're so rude and told us that they can't resend the bill if it didn't get to our address. We been getting mail from other service and but not them. They are not on top of what they're doing. It's not an organized organization with the worse water. Hate it. The water and the service.

Sadly you have the leave a star otherwise you cant leave a review. This water is the worst. It's hard, and if you ask a realtor about any water issues prior to buying a home they will FLAT OUT LIE and say they have to check but not that they know of. Also, the customer service for the water department is non existent. 
We paid our bill IN FULL and the water was shut off, we were told it would take at least 4 hours to get it turned back on. Well 6 hours later we find a NOTE on our door saying they couldn't turn it on because we needed to be home. No phone call, nothing. Pretty sure they know our information but "they dont make calls". Then they say they "guess they can have a technician come out again."
Well I hope so since it's still business hours, and Im pretty sure a phone call would have fix all this right away. Lazy and incredibly rude "customer service".

Besides the water being horrible. It's like drinking sand. Their billing and customer service is the absolute worst. Their website looks like it was built in the 80's by a 1st grader and we frequently have set up automatic payments only to have them mysteriously turned off resulting in fees being assessed and threats of disconnection of our service. Can we please contract a private company instead of this inept government organization?

water quality is still terrible after 15 years of living here, taste awful and turns all appliances requiring water to operate rusty. Needed to install a $1000 purification system with reverse osmosis just to drink and feel safe. When I first moved here my bill was $30 per month now $55 each month.
