Went to renew my license, no problems. My brother and I went for two separate issues and were in and out in about 30 minutes. I call that good service and a great day to go to the DMV.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! I have never in my entire life seen such rude, racist people who are supposed to provide customer service for a living. I have driven to this DMV no less than ten (10) times trying to transfer my vehicle registration and drivers license to South Carolina. Don't waste your time at this location! Totally worth a drive to go to another DMV

Giving them 1 Star because I can't give any less! Went there 3 times with all kinds of paperwork, way more than what was needed to transfer my license, with that I also had my military ID, orders and passport (two times I was in uniform). The rude and racist African American lady that sits in the front desk not only told me my paperwork was not good, she also refuse to tell me what else I needed even though I had more than enough paperwork for my license. She went as far as to telling me she doubted the authenticity of my birth certificate. I ended up going to the Rock Hill office, they were very friendly and told me I didn't had to bring the excessive amount of paperwork I brought them. Lastly, I would like to add that my military career have taken me to 15 states and 20 plus countries around the world and not once ever felt discriminated against until I went to this office.

there is no way to speak with someone over the phone at this location. the phone number just gives info and then a phone number for a call center. I called the call center and they said I had to speak with someone at the local office. so I called back and there is no way to speak with anyone without leaving a message first. Frustrating doesn't even begin to explain the feeling.

Rude staff. I go to Chester to go to the DMV. Long drive but so worth not having to deal with this locations staff and wait.
