Two days ago my dog fell very ill and we rushed him here. Though I am super thrilled they saved my dogs life...they didn't bother cleaning him up!! His butt was absolutely filthy when I picked him up. I gave him a bath when I got home...his butt is red and irritated! Thanks for saving my dog...but are you TRYING to give him an infection?? How would you feel if you put a loved one in someone else's care and the care taker just let them sit in their own waste?? Not cool. Not cool at all.

We have a rescue miniature poodle with a collapsing trachea. We made an appointment with one of their Internal Medicine Specialists to figure out what is going on. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very caring and professional. We had feared the worst, but based on their diagnosis and treatment plan, we left with so much hope and positivity. A month later, they were 100% correct and our boy is doing great!   These guys are very knowledgeable and true professionals!

Brought our dog in middle of night after he was bitten. The Vet recommended our dog have surgery ASAP and wanted to charge nearly $4000. We called a local vet who said they could do same surgery for $350. The dog was stable throughout the night and we called an hour ahead of our arrival to have them begin the discharge paperwork. Once we arrived to pick up our dog we had to wait an additional 2 hours all while our local vet stayed open after hours waiting on us. They were very rude and in no hurry at all. They recommended surgery ASAP and would not simply walk to the back and get our dog so we could leave. Even after the vet had cleared him and we had signed paperwork. Terrible experience I will never come here again and I recommend no one who cares about their dog to come here ever

I had to bring  two of our foster puppys in as they were getting sick. Came back with a positive parvo test. Which I knew was possibly a false positive as they had recently gotten shots. When I questioned this it was brushed off. This was a holiday weekend as well as after hours. So basically they were our only option.  Needless to say the reacue ended up spending a few thousand dollars that could have been avoided. When seen by our normal vet as soon as they opened my suspicion of a false positive was confirmed. Regardless we were going to do everything we could to save these babys. Otherwise this was a positive experience and the rescue had since used them for other emergent cases.

Not the cheapest, however a great set of doctors and super friendly staff. They have payment solutions such as care credit which requires a credit check and icare which does not have credit check, just need a bank account and 30% down. I would recommend to everyone.
