I find the counselor Elizabeth Hall to be unprofessional in sharing information with others when there are release forms signed by both parents. another counselor has reached out asking to share information so that a child can properly be diagnosed and treated and yet there is no communication between the two on Miss Hall's side. I wonder how, if you don't have all the information can you properly treat a child especially when you're only dealing with one issue and there are multiple issues present....I have nothing to say about any other counselor on this facility and have no prior knowledge to any of the other ones acting unprofessional

I've been here 8 years and I've been through therapy groups and a one on one and they switch all the time. I never had the same therapist for 4 months and they don't know how to help with panic attacks.

I've been having a good experience at all the SCMH locations. I feel like my needs and the needs of my family are being met. Thank you for all you do.
