This place has horrible customer service. I walked in at 4:33pm with my daughter and the waiting room was completely empty. I told them she needed one shot and they refused to serve us because it was "After 4:30" when their website and door clearly states closes at 5pm and says nothing about 4:30.

Terrible staff, terrible experience...4 receptionists available, doing absolutely nothing, letting the line grow and grow until it was outside the front door. I am watching the staff sit around and talk while they call one person every 15 minutes or so to check in. Avoid this place at all costs - they treat you like they know you have no other choice but to sit and wait.
