Story

Our staff is comprised of highly trained professionals who care about the needs of the individuals, families, and communities we serve. As the Community Mental Health Center of Butler County, SCMHCC offers a comprehensive array of mental health services. We have convenient locations in Andover, Augusta, and El Dorado. We accept payment from most insurances and offer a sliding scale for Core Services based upon income level for individuals who live, in Butler County. Core Services are not denied due to an inability to pay.

Many families are not sure who to turn to when a child presents with emotional or behavioral difficulties. SCMH will take the time to listen to your concerns, evaluate problems, barriers, and strengths, and provide a comprehensive and integrated solution that will help our clients reach their goals. We can even provide some services at school, in the home, or in the community.

Adolescence can be a difficult time for many teenagers. This is often a time of rapid change, and many teens and their families struggle to keep up with some of the changes that are occurring. SCMH has many qualified professionals who will provide quality services to help teens and their families through this difficult period, and can provide some services at school, in the home, or in the community.
