I take bus to get on BART during the weekdays. The train is always one minute ahead of the scheduled time. I have been taking the schedule train @ 5:16am to SF, but the train would almost always arrive @ 5:14am or 5:15am, when my bus arrives @ 5:14am or so. I sometimes have to miss this train. This has been going on for the last few months. When I'd have to wait for the next train @ 5:31am, the train would also arrives 1-2 min. early. I even did a statistics. The trains' doors (scheduled time @ 5:16am (SF/Daly City), 5:25am (Richmond) and 5:31am (SF/Daly City)) would not stay open more 33-sec at most! Therefore, the trains will always leave the station 1-min or so early!!! Why would the train shows up early and not allowing customers to get on based on the correct schedule updated on March 25, 2017? If BART would have changed the schedule to reflect the correct arrival time, I am fine with that. If not, BART should seriously check the clock(s) in the operator's booth in the first BART car or operator's watch.

LOVE IT! Pretty clean, fast and reliable. Wish there were a few more convenient stations and could understand the Captain's announcements more clear/louder. Some speak over the intercom just fine, but for the most part I can't hear them. Thank you, for such an efficient, pleasant way to get us where we need to be!

BART is ok, and usually on time. The evening ACTransit 99 south from South Hayward BART, however, is often late by 20 minutes.

Don't even bother parking your car around here, because some people love to grab parts of/or even entire cars!!😣
