We paid for our customers bart ticket for return ticket from union city bart to  oakland 12th street and it was rerurn back to amount  was $7.60 per each ticket due to cash $20.00 and the machine was not working to dispense the change our customer end up buying 2 tickets but when he return back to bart could not excess out asked bart attendant if he could excess through or combine both ticket to get going at first she was unprofessional to customer and she asked go put more money where we hardly use bart and just got $15.20 ticket out of no reason just because change machine didn't work out of order and also credit card machine has card reading problem it was rush he time for out customer which he and she both where gone to attend court hearing this issue was giving or making them delay bart attendant was disrespect this customer and request to review.

Bit dirty but great location near stores and helps you get to silicon valley area.

Construction takes to long to complete. Very limited number of ticketing machines and limited number of ways to pay for parking (confusion for a first time users)

Union City is very nice and clean city. Low crime area tons of law enforcement. The bart is clean well lit. Very little problems, if any. Mostly asian and indian area
