This station is a favorite of the criminal element. I got robbed at gunpoint on a train near here. Another time, a woman got on near here and tried to grab my phone from my hand. Gangs of con artists operate here. They'll send a different person onto the train at this station, at the same time every day. They all have the same identical green index cards and Kleenex tissues, the same identical made up sob stories about being homeless and broke and could you please spare some change. Lady, I've heard this story six times today, and it's only 9 AM....

Perhaps the best Bart Station in the bay area. It's clean and has a good view of the city hall.

Overall this station is kept pretty clean. I see a cleaning crew person there every day. It is easy to get to with a large parking garage and reserved parking lot. There are bathrooms available that are less scary than your average bart station. The parking cost at this station is currently maxed out at $3.00 a day.

No so clean but very convinient, walking distance to Hayward downtown

I like this Bart station and how it is set out. It's pleasant view to the City Hall once you come out, and there are many business establishments around ;)
