Visiting South Tyler Animal Clinic is always a positive experience for my pets and me. The staff are friendly and courteous, and love animals. My dogs do not like vet visits in general but seem to recognize the caring and knowledgeable professionals here. As the owner, I am always involved in decision-making and feel like my input is important and respected. I even enjoy the clean and spacious waiting area with its view of bird and squirrel feeders.

I was very pleased with my experience here. Everyone was nice, friendly, and hospitable. They immediately diagnosed the issue with my cat, and subsequently applied medical aid. And better yet...it didn't break my wallet. I would recommend South Tyler Animal clinic to anyone!

This office is great! They got me in the same day even though we hadn't seen them before. Dr. Ramsey was so compassionate with a tough situation and they went out of their way to help us get what we needed for our dog. I would recommend them to anyone!

All the staff are friendly and helpful. When my female cat recently had oral surgery the woman at the front desk offered to go check on her for me during the surgery. This helped relieve my anxiety, (I always worry when one of my cats is under anesthesia), & I really appreciated that. Dr. Ramsey always shows you the X-rays and explains what he did during surgery & why he did it. Everyone at South Tyler Animal Clinic is not only good at their jobs; they are friendly, compassionate, & appear to enjoy what they do. I recommend them highly.

This has been a difficult week with the loss of our beautiful Springer Spaniel but Dr Ramsey and his staff were great! So kind and sweet when he was diagnosed with cancer. I would recommend them for anything you would need for your pet! 💜
