My daughter has been driving bus 335 for a month now. The driver is scheduled to pick kids up at 656a but it gets to the stop at 642, 645 or 650. It's too cold for kids to be standing for long periods. In the early morning hours, not knowing when the bus will arrive. The driver could at least wait a few minutes before pulling off. Also, the kids have to walk on a dangerous road to get to the stop. There are no sidewalks, the cars are speeding past the kids and kids are having to walk with their backs towards traffic when getting off in the afternoon.

Driver on bus 205 is very rude to parents and kids. She is always yelling at the cuildren. I wait outside on a busy street with no sidewalk with my son for up to 20 minutes in the dark (morning). Then again in the afternoon, because she is so inconsistent. She arrives in the morning between 6:28 and 6:47. If we are not exactly at the stop when she comes she will not stop. I have called with no resolution.

Rude drivers to the children and one driver is careless and if you call to transportation to tell them they do not care.

Horrible service, clearly states the bus route on the website, bus never showed up, and when students got on bus for the ride home, (bus route 205 for hopkins middle school) the bus driver was rude to the children and stated that she wasn't going to pick up nor drop the kids off anymore, instead of saying oh there is a slight chance you could be right, let me check my bus route for any updates i might not have got. Now i have to take off another day at work to fix this problem. thanks
