Bus system that goes up and down the main roadways of Columbia. Staff is mostly helpful. Bus pass is very inexpensive at $40/mo. Doesn't run consistently according to the schedule and the driver said to take the bus that comes one hour earlier if I need to be on time. Actually, ma'am, it'd be much faster to walk the 3 miles to my destination. Would be better if the supervision/management monitored drivers that don't make the effort to keep the schedule or do a good job; just not reliable enough for people with jobs/places to be at specific times. Welcome to the Democratic People's Cesspool of Columbia.

Been waiting for 45 minutes at this crappy bus station. Staff is mostly alright but service is not dependable if you have a schedule or work. Feels third world despite the flashy new buses, wish they would focus on schedules and security rather than nice looking buses, some of the drivers are chronically late which makes it undependable. Wish mgmt would monitor or do some kind of quality control.

A continually expanding public transit system.  If I lived in the Columbia metropolitan area, I would use much often.  They even have downtown routes that connect all of the major entertainment and business districts.

This bus company only employs racist drivers. Its ok for a black person to say racism, the world listens. However when a white man calls racism I am called wrong I should never say anything. Well I'm now going to speak out against a afro America.
Female driver her refusal to stop and pick me up,and her in fact speeding up and running a red light to avoid picking me. Then the same driver started moving the bus before I sat down. Then the driver has stopped and waited for people of color to get to bus stop and even one afro American man was crossing interstate and she stopped and waited for him. When she was asked its a judgement call. This woman has caused me to miss my mega bus. Which will cost me 50.00 for hotel another 65.00 for the megabus. Supervisor was notified. Said he was going to have someone meet me this bus to help me get to megabus on time. He refused me his name. However the operator jay answered. Phone and connected me to this supervisor. These buses have cameras and audio feed on them the time I have is 141 pm. So if you guys don't have to ride these buses please do not. This is the worse bus company in America. The cab service is a little more money however it will get you where you need to be on time. I normally do not report things like this when happens to me but is a God awful place.
