Don’t buy here my daughter bought a 2010 BMW 3 series. The car was a money pit in the first couple of weeks. I took the car to my mechanic and he found a lot of maintenance issues that any decent dealership who have noticed. They should be ashamed for what sell to people.

Make sure you take a mechanic with you and get vehicle checked by your mechanic not theirs. I bought a VW CC noticed under the hood oil on alternator and the salesman told me they would fix it if there was a problem, so when I brought it up to I guess one of the managers, he said he couldn’t honor that because he knew what problem the car had and yes the salesman who told me they would fix it was right there too looking dumbfounded and didn’t say a word. I couldn’t believe it, I mean where’s the professionalism. Everything I was told was a straight lie. Also, I had no gas cap that they had to order and paint. I ended up having overspray all on my car that I had to pay to get buffed out. Oh yeah, that oil leak was serious (gaskets were leaking) cost me  $1500 from the VW dealership. I didn’t have the car 2 weeks and then I had to replace water pump and a hose that went along with it ($1200). I was told that they were going to get me a warranty, never got it. I trusted my salesman to at least be halfway fair and honest. I guess I should’ve known when they had in big letters on the paperwork (CAR SOLD AS IS). Horrible experience...Horrible!

Terrible dealership. My cousin got a car from here in January and it had a bad transmission. She was promised a replacement transmission and it’s not April, no car, no transmission NO EXPLANATION. Just a lot of runaround and rude people! I’d give them negative stars if I could!
