Bought a used car from Ed Voyles Honda and had a great experience. Dave was helpful and incredibly patient with me. I told him the kind of car I wanted and he kept calling me to let me know when things that matched my interest arrived on the lot. I ended up getting a fantastic car that I am very happy with. Dave has been helpful even after the sale. He's been calling me to check in and also to help schedule some services I wanted done. I've been impressed with his level of attention even after the sale is complete. I would definitely do business with them again.

Shannon was exceptional with her knowledge and professionalism.  She answered all my questions and worked with me to find a more acceptable solution to some unplanned expenses.  I would recommend her and your service department to any Honda owner . I have always been pleased with my service experiences and always with the service reps that have assisted me.

Don't let the current construction fool you - this dealership is open and more than ready to wheel and deal on your purchase, be it used or new.  I'm an out of state buyer who visited the dealership on a Sunday afternoon.  They quickly responded to my email inquiry, helped me to locate the specific HR-V I was looking for, and to seal the deal, even made arrangements to deliver the vehicle I purchased to me in another state at the price I wanted to pay.  If you need to buy a Honda in the quad-state area (Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina) area and you want what is probably the best Honda dealer I'm aware of, this is your place.  Ask for Clint -- he's the man.

Ryan (Internet Sales Rep) was just what I needed. He was direct. Understood that I was ready to make a purchase and just needed to focus on the numbers. He met my needs and got the deal done in not time. Very happy with his customer service. Every 'hicup" was resolved quickly. Highly recommend.

When I first stepped into the Honda dealership, I was nervous about buying my first car. It wasn't until I met Gene Odom when my nerves settled. He was extremely knowledgeable about about the car I wanted. Every question my mom and I asked him, he had an answer and little bit of personal advice which was more helpful. His energy was so lifting. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Thank you Ed Voyles Honda and thank you Gene Odom.
