The decision to buy a car is one I never make lightly. It’s a long-term commitment that involves finances, safety, and reliability for this working Mom. I am pleased to say that Shayna and Diana of Import Auto Brokers took extra special care of me over the weekend. I also saw them multi-task an office filled with multiple customers and they never ran out of energy or courtesy. Not only did they have the exact car I wanted – in a unique color combination that is hard to find – but they also had the best price in town. If you want a fancy dealership, this isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for personal, one-on-one attention from a team that makes you feel like you’re the only customer in the room, Import Auto Brokers is worth the drive. Thank you, Shayna and Diana, for your time and service. I had a buying experience with “zero compromise”, and I love my new car!

Import Auto Brokers is trust worthy and they had a good selection of vehicles. They happened to have the perfect one for me which was a 2014 Toyota Tacoma and I could not be happier about my decision to purchase this from them. They were very helpful and even when they were short staffed they still made me a priority and made me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend this place to anyone. Diana and Shayna are there to help you and if I was looking for another vehicle, they would be the first I would contact. Thanks again guys.

In April of 2017 I found a car online that I was interested in. I drove an hour and a half to look at it and drive it. I was surprised at the great selection of cars that they had on the lot. The people were great to work with. The sales guy was very patient with me while I climbed underneath and all through the car. Everyone had a great attitude and were easy to work with. I cant say enough good things about these folks. About 10 months later, I had an issue with the warranty and came back to talk with Shayna about it. Shayna went completely out of her way to get the issue taken care of for me, nearly a year later! The next time I'm in the market for a car, I will definitely check with these guys first.

Joseph, Ramsey, Shayna, and Rich were amazing and made the process so very easy!  They really rolled out the red carpet when I went to get my car.  I’m in love with it.  I will definitely go back to them again and definitely be sending referrals!
3/6 I would like to add that the service didn’t stop once I purchased my Lexus.  I had a few questions in the days that followed and they were answered so quickly and never made me feel like a nuisance.  I’m about 2 hours from their location, but the process was easier than had I dealt with someone right down the street!  10+ on customer service!

I had been looking on Autotrader for a while to find the perfect car for the least price. I was really amazed by the quality of the car I found and the level of car brought to it. And most importantly, the price. I recommend this dealership for their professionalism and the fact that they really car about the needs of their clients.
