Horrible treatment of patients, LPN and nurse rolled eyes and made fun of me because i could not lift my arms for them to do procedure. Which neck and arm pain and inabilty to move them is what i was there for, also stabbed needle into muscle which caused sever pain and muscle spasms. The first rule of medicine is DO NO HARM & this clinic is a chop shop.

Staff is very unprofessional and rude to medicaid patients . Lpn did trigger injection and hit a nerve in the wrong spot, couldn't move entire right side & was sent home with bp of 198/128 because of extreme amout of pain i was in 0& given ice & was told to call back if was still a problem in a few days. Also put wrong diagnoses on discharge papers due to apparently not reading my chart as well as falsifying my treatments! Absolutely would NOT reccomend this pl0ace to anyone!

Was emmotionally abused, made fun of because of my disability and assaulted whith the "injections" when they places them without reading my chart first! They committed insurance freud by billing for services I did not receive and should lose their license for the abusive way they "treat" their patients! Do Not Reccomend this place! Kalmamazoo anesthesiologist are AMAZING

If anyone has a problem with their carr and treatment at this clinic please report it to the stateboard. They have gotten numerous complaints about their poor quality of treatment and care towards patients with certain insurances and should lose their lisence for falsifying medical records!

Staff Lpn and Dr. Very rude to patients with medicaid, was told by my primary physician to ask them to take over my medications because they are a pain clinic, they stated they would not (which is fine) but then put on my paperwork I went from drug therapy treatment to "drug seeking behavior". I was following my physician recommendations and am completely confused how that would be considered something wrong, trying to get medications from both places would be considered "seeking behavior" not having them take over medications! They also put wrong diagnosis on my paperwork and did more injury to me during injections than actual treatment or help.
