Dr. Strabbing is great. Although he isn't bubbling over with personality, he seems to know his stuff and care about the care he is providing. He doesn't make you feel rushed and believe it or not he was running ahead of schedule. My only complaint was that the front desk had no idea how much some of the basic services cost.  I have such a high insurance deductible I pay cash and need to plan ahead for my expenses. Unfortunately I find a lot of medical offices that have no idea what they charge until it is billed. It makes it hard plan medical care. Update:  I received the bill and it was $385 for an ear infection that only needed a prescription. Then $102 for the follow up appointment for a 2 minute look to make sure the prescription worked. So $487 for just an ear infection. It is funny how everyone thinks the insurance companies are the problem. They are just trying not to be gouged.

Filled out the form online to make an appointment. Immediately got a call from the office about scheduling an appointment. As a hearing aid wearer, I  had a hard time hearing the receptionist on the phone. I politely asked her to repeat what she said. She seemed annoyed that I asked her to speak more clearly. She put me on hold and I hung up and called another audiologist who kindly and graciously got my information and made an appointment.  Pretty half of the people calling this place will be hard of hearing or having temporary hearing problems. Please have a little more patience while dealing with us, HoH folks.
