When you donate to Goodwill, you help fund job training for people who need a hand up in finding good jobs to become financially stable.
Goodwill Industries of Southern Oregon is headquartered in Medford with Mission Services Offices in Klamath, Josephine, Jackson, Douglas, Lake and Siskiyou Counties. We employ over 300 people working in Mission Services, administration, in 12 retail stores, and in 14 donation sites.
Each year, Goodwill Industries of Southern Oregon provided employment and training services to more than 3,000 individuals. The generous donations from the communities we serve provides funding for our programs. Our donors are a vital first step in our cycle to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Over 86% of Goodwill's mission is funded by selling donated clothes and other household items in 14 retail stores in Southern Oregon, and online at www.shopgoodwill.com. Other sources are from grants and monetary gifts from individuals and corporations. SO Goodwill received a Silver rating from GuideStar, is CARF accredited and in the top 20 of Forbes annual reader's poll of most admired American companies.
