I used to really enjoy shopping here, but I've gotten to where I don't anymore. 4 out of the last 6 times we have tried to donate good solid stuff, and because it didn't look pretty, we were told it wasn't "clean" enough. A few of the things we have tried to donate are a little bit worn, yes, but they still work beautifully, and I know that someone would really enjoy them. Also, they seem to keep changing the rules about what they will and will not accept. It seems to me that it depends on the person who happens to be taking donations to invent the guidelines as they go along. Last time, they told me they didn't take pillows! But they're selling them...What really irritates me, though, is that I will go into the store to shop right after them refusing to take something as a donation, and will see many items that are just as worn. Many of the items will be in worse condition. Some of the stuff has been dirty enough I don't even want to touch it, and I have never tried to donate something gross. I will still shop here, but not as often as I used to.

I really love this store. The staff at the Goodwill in White City are always super nice and super helpful

i've found a lot of good clothes items at this specific good will. the prices are higher at times but still cheaper than most retail places
