The night I was there, nurses got cussed out left and right for not doing things that they legally couldn't. They handled it very professionally and gave me the best care that they could. I prefer it over the two hospitals in Coffee County.

If I could give it no stars I would. The doctor was very nice but these people do not know how to Bill patients properly. And just send people to collections with out even contacting them which is AGAINST THE LAW. The lady who I spoke to didn't even care.

Completely Unprofessional! My 64 year old mom was scheduled for lithotripsy @ 7:30am this morning. We check in to outpatient surgery and get told that the machine was on its way down from Nashville and would be there soon. 2 hours later we were told they were just now unloading the machine and we had another 4 hour wait ahead of us. My mom has MS and cannot miss meds. When they knew the machine wasn't there Tuesday afternoon/night, they should have started rescheduling then. But the staff was very blase about it, halfheartedly explaining that they'd never had these issues before.

I walked in after a horseback riding incident November 2016. I was immediately taken back to triage because there was no one in the waiting room. I told the nurse I had many of the symptoms of a minor concussion, that I had already had two, and I was worried about having another. He told me, "they all think they have concussions" and laughed saying he would be right back to clean my head. All of the other rooms appeared empty and the nurses were both playing on their phones instead of being worried about the giant gash in my skull or the gravel/debris in my wound. I checked myself out after 40 minutes without care. Now almost a year later I have a collections account on my credit when I offered my insurance card and any payment needed at the time of the incident. When I spoke with the debt collector, they informed me that I got no calls, emails, or letters because the hospital put their own address and phone number on the documents! I am beyond irritated because my insurance won't pick up the bill if it has gone to collections.

Family member had surgery a couple months back. Doctors were amazing and the nurses were very attentive.
