So very pleased with the care provided for my  mother at Harton Hospital!  The ER staff were efficient and thorough. The attending physicians and nurses were most professional .  From the time we walked in until the time she was dismissed was the most pleasant hospital experience one could expect.  I have had big city hospital visits that cannot compare to the respectful and compassionate care we received at Harton!

I went to Harton and passed up 2 other emergency rooms for better care. I live in Altamont and was having an acute biliary colic attack. I was throwing up and in  as much pain as a human should go through when I walked in this emergency room. There was 2 heavy set ladies at the front desk and would  look at each other as I was throwing up on myself and in horrid pain. they didn't even give me a puke bucket. And what's worse than that I was rolling begging them to get me some relief they sat there and looked at each other instead of helping me. I called the emergency room director the following day and left a message he never would even return my call. After 45 minutes and puking all over their floor a lady came and got me. I will never go back there .  I wasn't there for drugs and asked for no narcotics and they treated me like an animal and not one person was in that emergency room but me .

This place is a sorry excuse for a hospital. We brought my dad to the ER because he passed out. He is 81 yrs old they let him lay in the ER room for 4hrs. The so called Dr on call didn't come in the room to talk to us about his test nothing.They admitted him but they said he would have to wait for a bed. The Dr said there wasn't a room available. This place is a joke. I know the next time I'll go to Murfreesboro of Nashville.

I am a recently retired RN and had to go to this facility for an emergency Appendectomy. I found the services to be very good. The staff was professional, thorough, and considerate even with the high work load the floor staff appeared to have. This is a for profit organization which in my experience often aren't as accommodating in their customer services, but I found the Tullahoma facility to be good in this regard too.

Incompetent, could not get an I.V. started after 7 sticks. Also the Tullahoma Physicians group need to work on their billing system and not send huge bills to people who have great insurance that only requires $150 for an ER visit. I am always fighting with them.
