Called to schedule an appointment assuming it was an easy task unfortunately it was not. Lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. My experience's we treat potential clients patients in this case with courtesy. This lady needs some serious training and I failed to ask her name vut she is fluently in Spanish. My mother was seen at your office by Dr. Pattel so I wanted to be seen here as well. But I am having second thoughts. Dr's need to be aware that staff like this will have future patients looking elsewhere. Do us a favor tell your staff that you treat your patients with respect courtesy. Customer service is a must.

This Office is the Most unorganized Office I have ever encountered. I was referred there and was told that they needed a referral which my PCP said was sent well before my first visit, apparently they did not receive any referral but failed to notify me, yet they proceeded to charge my regular copay as if it was going through my insurance. This was done throughout several visits. Months later I get a phone call from their billing dept. asking me to setup a payment plan which made me confused and I answered "let me call my insurance and figure out what is going on", The lady insisted that I set up a payment plan and even got aggressive and loud over the phone. I called everyone involved in this situation and this doctor has yet to take any responsibility for their actions and is now saying that this is all my fault and that I have to pay for these visits. When I asked why did they not let me know before seeing me they said that they don't have an answer for me. I do not recommend this doctors office. We are already going through so much pain and stress dealing with our health the last thing we should be worried about is if they are doing their job right which includes having the correct paperwork in order BEFORE seeing the patient. I know about several other patients that have similar billing problems with this office so I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this office. Yes they are busy but its only because they are cramming their schedule with patients regardless if they are in-network, out-of-network, with a referral, or without a referral. It seems as if they just want to fill their bank accounts with total disregard to how it affects their patients.

I started seeing Dr. Singhal about three years ago. I could barely walk and I had been miss diagnosed by other Dr's. Dr. Singhal took care to correctly diagnose my PSA and put me on a treatment plan. I now not only walk on my own I am able to work a full time job to help support my family. Thank you Dr. Singhal for everything you do. And thank you to the whole team... John, Steve, Pauline. You are all amazing!

I obtained a referral to this doctor and tried for over a month to get an appointment. I was told I would get a call back and never did. When I called again I got voice mail and no call back yet again. When I called a third time I asked the receptionist, whether the Doctor was so busy he did not want new clients. The answer was, "Well, we are very busy." If they can't accept new patients they should take themselves off the BCBS website (my next call is to them).

was very good, and very informative about what needed to be done. i have seen him for the last five years. and i do not have anything to say except how great he is. i have told everyone what a great Dr. he is. trust is very important .and you can trust him, would not want to see anybody else.
