They never answered and if they do they put you on hold forever. I had being taken my kids to this place since they were small and now 17 but I notice that with the time is getting really bad. Is time for a change.

PLEASE do not bring your children here! the front desk are horrible ! every single time i call i have to be place on hold!! I took my son to get a excuse letter for school i waited almost 2 hrs! the costumer service is terrible. The front desk make sure they collect their money before anything then have you waiting in a waiting room mix with sicks kids. their not urgent to see the sick kids. They just have them in the waiting room. Poor kids have to wait at least an hour to be seen! I HAVE MANY FRIENDS THAT HAVE BROUGHT THEIR KIDS HERE AND NEVER RETURNED! YOULL NEVER SEE THE SAME DOCTOR. IM MOVING MY SON TO A NEW CLINIC IN DALLAS! YES IT IS A DRIVE BUT I WOULD RATHER DRIVE A WHILE THEN TO COME BACK TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!!  JUST A TERRIBLE CLINIC !!! IDK WHY THEIR STILL OPEN ! BTW I HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN DR NUNEZ !

I can never get anyone to answer the phone I ended up 4 to 5 times in the road having to take my child to Prime a care

Dr.Nuñes is the best, I was his patient when I was a child he would always make you laugh and forget that you were sick but always would do his best to make you feel better, Now I bring my 10 week old daughter to his clinic because he is who I trust the most with my daughter.

Unorganized. It's time for kids to get their flu . Why are running out every damn day!? ORDER ENOUGH. I'll find a new doctor ASAP. These teenage nurses & front desk reps need better training. Won't be back.
