The place is awful with their bad mouth. When u call put you hold for hours and then hang up...who does that.  Yes.. southwestern physician. Need more professional person answering the phone.   Need to be upbring of the place.  Need help... one stars for me...

Dr spent 30 seconds with my autistic son and said he's not autistic, he just needs more discipline.

I give this office 0 stars, The staff in this facility are EXTREMELY rude. I can't stress enough about how dull the customer service is and how rude they truly are. I've been hung up on more than 5 times in the passed 6 months,  one of the staff members even lied about me swearing at them after she hung up on me because I made a point to let the doctor know of how her staff just hangs up on patients once the office hours are over. Doctor didn't care, never followed up with me. From the time this happened, now I am always scheduled to go the Evergreen location which DR. Dinkha doesn't work out of. Every time I come to see doc I am in the waiting room for an hour +. Currently in the middle of a BBB case, I do not recommend this doctors office.
