Delivered my first baby there. Very impressed with every staff member. Knowledgeable, caring, friendly, helpful, clean, patient, and more. Whether it was the nurse, tech, doctor, or resident, I knew everyone had my child and myself held at top priority. Both charge nurses from each floor checked in with me to see if I was okay and if I needed anything. Information specialists were extremely accessible from birth certificate info, social work, lactation specialists (loved Noreen), pictures, chaplain info for baptism, and more. The only area that needs work is the cafeteria/food accessibility. I can't hold that against the amazing care I received, though. Maybe the hospital managers will rethink cafeteria hours/room service/ etc. thank you.

This is by far the best hospital I ever been to me and my son's primary doctor is here and i love our doctors every one is so nice here. Not to mention in the emergency room they actually care about their patients you're in and out of there unless it's the weekend but that's understandable most of the time when these is really bad accidents they get sent to this hospital because this happens to one of the 10 hospitals in the area. I really recommend this hospital

Worst hospital you could ever go to. Condescending stuck up nurses who talk to you like you're stupid. My family has gone to this hell hole multiple times over the years and every time has been an awful experience. The nurses need a serious lesson in empathy. They need to change the name from Christ to satan because not one nurse there is anything like Christ. 
I wouldn't take my worst enemy here!!!

I'm on my way home from Christ Hospital and let me tell you, I've had the best experience I have ever had as a patient in any hospital ever! I have been a patient at their MFM clinic for months and have always had the best experience with the best doctors and staff. I came in Thursday 3/9/16 to my appointment and was admitted. I spent the last 2 days here and absolutely everyone, and i mean everyone was very considerate and extremely respectful! From the cleaners to the doctors, everyone needs recognition in the labor and delivery department! What a phenomenal staff! You all work extremely well together! God bless you all!

Went to one of Christ's Urgent Care and they directed me to the ER.  I knew going in it would take a long time to be seen.  However, no tests were conducted except a bladder scan.  Went in for not being able to empty my bladder.  They referred me to a urologist and told the nurse that they thought it might be an obstruction with the kidney (s).  Aside from not being able to void only every 19 - 24 hours you can imagine how uncomfortable that is along with very bad back pain .  The urologist asked if any scans or tests were done I said no and he ordered an ultrasound of the kidneys.  Because my insurance is Blue Care Direct I am limited to Christ/Advocate facilities all of whom are backed up for weeks and the Hospital itself until September.  Your Lockport location can do the scan except the urologist office said that can't give me a referral because they were told no.  I then spent hours on the phone with BCBS and then Advocate Physician Partners Group who referred me back to the urologist office (keep in mind this is where the problem started).  Had the ER doctors done their job in the first place I might know what my issue is as of this writing.  Instead I  am not only in a great deal of discomfort but pain.  I found a facility in Chicago Ridge that will do the test for less than what my co-pay is and by next Wednesday.  Won't be signing back up with this organization.  It's run half ass and I have been less than impressed with any of their doctors.
