First impressions are everything. I just called to ask a simple question. As I was planning on going there to be seen. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and acted as if I was a bother. Having a friendly tone and caring personality for people who are a part of your office should be a priority considering they are getting paid to be there to take care of those during times we may not be feeling our best! I understand we all have bad days but remaining friendly and professional is customer service 101 and should be a requirement in your industry. Please address your staff and remind them that they are the ones who can make or break it as a deciding factor on whether customers want to go to your facility. I now do not want to go to your facility because in a 30 second phone call I was treated horribly. Perhaps the person should reconsider their line of work.

Very professional business. Less than 15 minute wait time. Intake rep was very pleasant, nurse who took my vitals had a pleasant disposition; doctor had a fantastic bed side skills. I recommend this place.

Great experience. The staff was friendly, the in and out time was lest than an hour. I was really excited to learn that my medical card would be accepted there, considering my local doctor would not accept it. I would recommend this immediate care to anyone in need of urgent care.

Very fast and proper care! Dr and nurses were all professional and helped with all that I needed. Best place I've been to and will definitely recommend, very clean too ☺

Dr. Alexandra was wonderful. The whole staff was great. Quick Quality Immediate Care!!! My son was treated for strep and so thankful we have such great immediate care so close to home, when we couldn't get into regular pediatrician. Highly Recommend.
