Unbelievably gross attitude from woman nurse from advocate. “ We aren’t Walgreens- we are Advocate- so step in line over there- we don’t know how you book appointments with them..We aren’t taking patients- we are not seeing you.” You can’t get a word in edgewise.. she’s interrupting every word with the demeaning attitude. It’s all in the attitude. How are customers supposed to know that two clinics sharing the same floor are separate? It was just a question...that I stepped out of line to ask and I had called ahead! Waste of time.

Don’t waste your time ... their website doesn’t keep up to what’s really going on in the clinic.. waste of time they don’t even know if the dr on call is going to show!!!!

Brought my son in, and found out they don't see babies under one year old. That part, I understand. The reasons for the one star review have to do with the way I was treated when I came in.

I was greeted with a "how can we help you?" Great! They asked how old he was, and when I replied "6 months," the doctor shouted "NOPE!" It was quite rude. A more appropriate response would have been "Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to see patients under one year."

If that weren't bad enough, she sent me to another Advocate location, an immediate care center, that also doesn't see babies under one year old. They were very polite, caring, and understanding about it, but I still spent thirty minutes waiting as a result of the first clinic's inadequacy and rude attitude.

I've always had great experiences here and being a "frequent flyer" due to a chronic condition I have, I've been here more times than I can count. The NP is super knowledgable and the staff/nurses are always polite, kind, always smiling, and easy to talk to. Even without an appointment, wait times are reasonable. It's a cheap, quick solution to small problems and health maintenance, and definitely beats getting slammed with a doctor's bill...

Love it. Have had nothing but good experiences. Really kind, helpful and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Love thd NP. She is awesome. Always smiling and super cool. Im horrible at names but you willl know who i am talking about when you see her. Never had to wait long. VERY FAST
