Worst experience I’ve ever had with getting a service done. Getting your nails done is usually a relaxing and otherwise uneventful process. Well, not at this place - my for me and not for another woman who was there during the same time. I had an appointment for a gel mani and gel pedi. Told the nail tech that I’m doing French gel for both. She accidentally did regular on my toes. She gave me a hard time when I told her I got gel and she said “you want me to take it off and do gel?” Yes, of course! That’s what I came here to have done! Then, when doing my mani, she messed up and tried to erase the mistake with acetone, which you can’t do on a gel base coat, as it will lift the polish off within a few days. When I told her this, she said “no, it’s fine!” I asked her to redo that nail and she refused over and over until her boss came over and told her to do so. She rolled her eyes, hugged and puffed, and began redoing it while slamming everything in arms length. While here I also observed as they told another patron who was scheduled for a mani/pedi that she’d have to wait to have a mani because another guest just came and they wanted to take the new guest before her (all this in the middle of her pedicure). She got upset and said she couldn’t wait since she planned her time accordingly, knowing she’d be done in about 30 minutes, and they wouldn’t do anything about it and she walked out. I will never go here again!

This place nickel and dimes you and clearly doesn't care about their customers. They need a long lesson in quality  customer service, because any place that charges for the removal of shellac no chip not done at their salon does not know good business practices. I had been going here for a while but this completely turned me off. The extra $5 you charge for no chip removal just lost you a customer and referrals substantially exceeding the petty $5 "removal tax"...not very smart!

I love this place. They sterilize their instruments and they just know how to do nails beautifully. Super clean and very friendly.

This place has great services and staff. Everything is very clean and environment is relaxing. The only challenge is you have to walk there as there is no parking.

Go back because of the points system.. don't open until 11am, quick ish sometimes but other times great. Sometimes my entire nail doesn't get painted but $40 mani/pedi during the week is consistent in the area.
