Love this spa, if I had the time, I would come here all the time. It's absolutely heaven. I usually go here annually for a facial and massage or scrub combo. The ladies that do the facials have taught me so much about caring for my skin. I adore them! My skin feels so great now that I've taken their advice.

One of the last vestiges of civility in public space...the salon offers a respite  from the insanity of urban life.  Its all about the staff..unpretentious human beings performing work with a smile and doing so with precision.  I am greeted at the  "door"  with warmth and a sincere professional attitude.  The staff at this salon is amazing...hands down a highlight of my week.  My barber is fantastic and always provides the highest level of service....Its a pleasure to visit the salon and spend some time with the staff.

Wonderful experience all around. Welcoming and helpful staff made me feel right at home for my first visit. Had a microabrasion facial with Mila who was so thoughtful and skillful. I learned so much from her and my skin had that youthful glow after the treatment. Highly recommended.

I booked on-line, and received no e-mail or phone confirmation. I had to go back to my account on the website to see if my booking went through. My appointment did not show up under my account. I took a chance, and went to the spa. It was extremely difficult to find (the entrance is actually 1.5 blocks East of Michigan, with no visible signs). I finally called the spa to ask for directions. They told me the address was 919 E. Walton. I pointed out that their website says the address is 919 N Michigan, and they should have at least send an email letting customers know of the discrepancy. I confirmed that I will be there in 7 minutes, as I was around the block looking for their entrance. They called me in 5 minutes letting me know I was late. I explained that I am walking in as we speak, and called earlier about directions, and had hard time finding the place. The person on the phone talked over me, and argued that their address was correct, and offered no apologies. I asked her if she preferred that I re-scheduled my appointment. She said it's was up to me, but I was 20 minutes late. She continued to talk over me, as I was trying to find a mutually agreeable solution. I chose to cancel $350 worth of services, and will never go back.

I feel bad for the massage therapist and esthetician who lost a customer/ hourly pay/ tip, but there needs to be a better customer service, and some basic respect and courtesy. I would recommend: 1) sending an email confirmation to all customers, confirming that their on-line confirmation went through; 2) alerting all customers that the entrance is actually on Walton, and providing a description of how to get to the spa, 3) training the front staff basic phone etiquette (e.g., not interrupting, not talking over customers).

I actually get Manicube at work (Manicures at work - employee benefit & the company picks up part of the tab). There was an issue with the gel one day so the technician let me know I could get the service for free the next time around. I was working remotely that day so I called and they said I could show up at the salon. It was amazing, I had nail technician Gina and she was fabulous super nice and great experience! Great service!
