I had the hydra facial for the first time today with Janessa. She’s very friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable. 
The staff is polite and helpful.
The facility is clean and peaceful.

A lady named Janessa did a chemical peel on me and my skin feels amazing! She also helped me with products that would help my skin. Also, Veronica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Loved my experience!

Recently had treatments done by Whitney. Love her and love this spa! They make you feel very comfortable and are so friendly! Whitney genuinely cares about you and whats best for your skin. Also super knowledgable and informative. Love how they aren't always trying to upsell you either

I have been going to Spa Trouve for about 2 years now. This staff has created such a peaceful environment, every time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile and they always keep things so fresh and clean there. Whitney, who is a master esthetician at the Orem location, is the first person who helped me to really understand what my skin needed. She was not judgmental of the fact that I knew absolutely nothing about how to take care of my skin, but just very well educated and informative. She truly cares about helping her clients reach their skin goals. never once have I felt pressure to buy something, rather she just informs me about a product that could help my skin. Spa Trouve offers so many top of the line products and treatments. It has changed my skin!

I had a hydra facial and my skin has never looked better. The entire experience was great, relaxing , pretty atmosphere and my treatment was great. Will be going back soon. Thank you for such a great experience!
