I scheduled a 9:15 am oil change and state inspection the previous day. The day of my appointment, I called ahead at 7:30 am to confirm my appointment. I arrived at approximately 9:10 am, and the front desk could not find my reservation in the computer, and did not have any appointment at 9:15 for that matter. That was surprising considering it had been about 90 minutes since confirming the appointment. A business card at the desk confirmed I called the right location and was at the correct address. Instead of sitting 2 hours for service, I went to another Goodyear location where I received excellent customer service.

If I could give this place no stars I would. All I wanted was a state inspection, was told it was going to be over a 2 hour wait with no customers in the building. I went 1 block down and got helped. I don't mind waiting if there is a line, but no line and you want me to wait 2 hours or come tomorrow at 7 am. This is why they have lost several local customers

Blew up my engine. Went in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. I have never had an issue with my car and have always gotten oil changes around 3000 miles. The salesman sold me a high mileage oil change and even though it was more expensive, he said I wouldn't have to change my oil every 3000 miles so I went with it. I'm now 700 miles until I hit the recommended mileage for a oil change, and the engine sized up due to lack of oil. The only thing I have ever changed with this car was going to high mileage oil. I do not know if they didn't put oil in the car, or what they did wrong, but I would expect them to take responsibility for the price of the engine replacement instead of trying to pass the buck and deny responsibility. It has also been difficult communicating with them and I expect it is because they know they are at fault and do not want to talk.

Horrible customer service! Unknowledgeable service department failed my state inspection due to not knowing the proper regulations of a state inspection! Will never come back to this location! Do Not Trust!

First when they put my tires on, got all 4, it took them almost 3 hours. Their tech did not know how to run the balance machine. When I got home, the next day 6 Balance weights were on my garage floor. When I took it back, they told me 2 hour so left the car. Two and a half hours later I called and they had not even got to it. Poor service and poor quality. Find another goodyear.
