Third time in a row I came away disappointed. Again I take the cloth from the young guy supposedly finishing the inside of the doors and door frames and do the job myself.
Sorry sparkle you have lost a customer and your SPARKLE.
I will be passing this information onto all the people I previously recommended to go there.

Decent price with pretty decent result. Only had a basic wash so I cannot vouch for the higher end detail packages. Polite register staff.

Got the works… $24. Had to Stop on busy 17 at night… 70 yr old woman… alone… and try to remove film and streaks from my windshield and back windshield !!! Could not see anything … Mold on spoiler and windows not touched above vent shield. Mediocre at best …

It’s been a few years since I used this car wash service. I pulled up not knowing what lane I should have been in. A guy yelled out something shaking his head. I asked, “what did you say?” I realized I was in the wrong lane but I was made to feel like I was stupid. The gentleman VERY rudely said I needed to pull back around if I wanted my car washed. I pulled around and out to another car wash! BEWARE!RUDE PEOPLE WORK HERE!

Was just there this morning. I got water spots all over the car. I still have bird poop on the car. The dash is still dusty. Windows still have funk and water spots. And no clean car smell like they have had in the past. In fact doesn't smell or even look like they cleaned it.
