My family loves the Spencers on the east side, and we love Belen she is awesome and treats us like family she is always happy.....

Went once, never going back. As soon as my family and I walked in we felt unwelcomed. Our server was rude and checked on us only after we had to ask someone else for something. Don't know if they are against people of certain ethnicity but it sure felt like it. Food was ok, 4/10.

We went there , registered our name, we were waiting for a while(20 minutes) when we enquired they were like , your name is not there . I would suggest whoever goes there pls get to know how many are before you in the line and let them know they should call your name. This was my first day. I will definitely will NOT go there or suggest to any one just because it’s CUSTOMER SERVICE that matters. 👎🏻.  Personally for me they FAILED. Sorry about that.

Just witnessed the waitress eating food from kitchen and licked her fingers wiped them off on her apron and after watching her I witnessed who seemed to be her lead do the same thing! They should have eaten before they got to work! NASTY
