They take greed to a new level. My husband is a patient there and is under pain management with them. He had surgery this week and the surgeon upped the dose for a week. My husband went in with his paperwork and the doctor said she won't pick up her pen to write a prescription without $50 in her hand. He is disabled, I am the only one working and we both have health issues. The all mighty dollar is what these doctors care about.

I can honestly say SpineNevada has set the bar for patient care experience. The Providers (Doctors, Physician Assistants, & Physical Therapist) & staff made me feel like they truly cared about my well-being and they understood my pain. I have gone to different doctor's offices and the experience I have from walking into the door, checked in, brought back, seen by the provider, and checked out is nothing like what I receive from SpineNevada. This team that SpineNevada has going on is amazing! I basically got treated from every specialty under their umbrella and received the best care ever from beginning to end! Even at my preop minutes from being wheeled to the OR, Dr. Lynch & Josh come in to greet me and made sure I was ok. Even in recovery they both checked on me. Ken, PA-C was so nice and caring when taking my post-op calls and questions after surgery. He was super helpful and eased my mind about it. I trust them completely and recommend them #1. Thank you SpineNevada, I look forward to being me again!

After my mother has back surgery done with these doctors she received a bill for over $90,000. Being paid that much I would assume that the office staff would be friendlier and timely in returning calls or simply not dropping the ball all around. However this is not the case I was wrong to assume. I think they're overpaid and careless. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Dr Perry & his staff are wonderful. I was referred by my primary & the ER Dr. When one of my bulging discs ruptured. I had to have surgery because if was pressing on my sciatic nerve. He saw me, explained what I had to do, & scheduled me for my surgery. It went well and the follow up care I have received is awesome. This is the first Dr to ever listen to me & understand what I was going through. I have seen so many Dr's in the past & I felt like they could care less about the pain I was in. I highly recommend Nevada Spine Institute if you have back pain.

The professionalism of the Doctors was just fine however the office staff are not so efficient in aftercare followup appointments or renewing medications. The facilities are new however timeliness of on time appointments has allot to be desired. My wife's worst experience yet at any Doctors office. If only the Doctors knew how select members of their staff act towards patients perhaps some etiquite classes in Customer care and support would be warranted.
