I am writing this in response of Mr. Sparling's review below and I do apologize that Mr. Sparling feels upset about the situation as I am the person that scheduled the treadmill move. Mr. Sparling was notified during the initial set-up that one technician was being scheduled for the job. Due to no indication of stairs being involved, even after being told that only one person being sent out, a second person was not sent. We have several jobs a week that only require one person. I was notified of the situation and before leaving his home, our technician did try to reschedule Mr. Sparling. Due to our schedule during this time of year we did not have an opening for two people until January 5th. We do not have any appointments set for January 22nd, nor do we work on Sundays, so a January 22nd appointment would have never been set. Mr. Sparling has since called several times about this situation, but has continued to refuse a reschedule despite the offer. He was not charged by Spokane Exercise, as the work was not able to be completed. Spokane Exercise has been in business for many years and has many very satisfied customers. We pride ourselves on the dependable services we provide, and would still be happy to assist Mr. Sparling.

Gary and Amber are wonderful people to work with. My wife and I purchased a peice of equipment that had factory flaws in it. Amber spent many hours on the phone with the companies customer service, and after getting no where, Gary offered to take it back and replace it with a different machine. He even offered to have the new one delivered and take the other one away. I highly recommend Spokane Exercise Equipment as they have friendly staff, excellent customer service, and stand by the products that they sell.

The owner, Patty, is completely inflexible and impossible to work with. We ordered a treadmill and informed the store that it would need to be taken up a flight of stairs. They sent one delivery person and he was nearly two hours late. After an hour and a half on the phone and talking with the delivery person, the delivery person refused to take it upstairs (with good reason) and Patty not only refused to refund the delivery fee, but argued about any and all options we suggested. Now we are stuck waiting three more days for delivery and installation AND we wasted four hours of our day. We have no complaints with any of the staff, but the owner is unprofessional and unkind.
